Harwal has been following in its operations a Quality Management System since over the past 10 years. Continuous improvement is an ongoing characteristic of the ISO 9001:2008 system the company has incorporated to improve products, services and other operational processes.

As a manufacturer, Harwal has always stayed focused on finding new ways to design, produce, sell and deliver quality products at economic prices. Many of the company's products are approved by third party certification agencies, BSi Kitemark, DVGW and WRAS approval being just a few of the certifications held by our products. In addition, Harwal has major QA/QC departments to continuously monitor their operational processes and product quality. Personnel are a fundamental component within a successful Quality Management system and to ensure that standards are maintained, Harwal continually runs training sessions for its employees while also performing regular reviews and appraisals.

Harwal's state of the art QC laboratories ensure that products supplied meet the various international standards to which they are designed and produced. Quality checks are performed on all products to ensure that the dimensional, mechanical and physical characteristics of the products and their material properties conform to these standards.
